Job interviews
The interview isn’t a one sided process it should be a free flowing two way conversation between two people. Although of course the main reason for you being there in the first place is for the employer to decide if you are a suitable candidate for the position by asking you Questions, you too have to decide if the position is right for you.
Therefore the conversation should be two sided with you answering the relevant questions asked and by asking Questions your self. It is important not only to have the qualifications and experience needed for the position but also that you have self confidence and determination.
Sell yourself to the interviewer by answering questions in a brief, relaxed and confident manner while also not being afraid to ask questions of your own.
If you prepared well for the interview and researched the company well you can use this knowledge as a basis for some of your questions.
